Uma leitura saramaguiana do Salmo 136

O objetivo desse trabalho é estudar o poema “Salmo 136”, do escritor português José Saramago, analisando sua relação com o respectivo texto bíblico. Com essa finalidade, dividimos nosso artigo em três partes. Na primeira, abordamos o Livro de Salmos e seus textos. Na segunda, apresentamos uma leitura do poema bíblico que inspirou Saramago. Por fim, comentamos seu poema, identificando as semelhanças e diferenças entre os dois com o objetivo de identificar como ele releu o salmo.

The objective of this article is study the poem Salmo 136 by Portuguese writer José Saramago, analyzing your relationship with the respective biblical text. For that purpose, we have divided our article into three parts. In the first, we approach the Book of Psalms and their texts. In the second, presented a reading of the biblical poem which inspired Saramago. Finally, commented your poem; identifying the similarities and differences between the two with the objective of identifying such as he reread the psalm.
